9.4.4
Alarm for detergent over dosage
The adjustment of the conductivity limit (DET OVERDOSAGE CONZ.: XXX mS/cm)
protects detergent overdosing into the washing tank. If the adjusted value is exceeded a
over dosage alarm is activated. An adjusted alarm delay time (DET OVERDOSAGE
DELAY.: 0120 s) prevents, the alarm activating for a short period of negligible over dosage.
Detergent over dosage occurs, e.g. when the metering pump does not stop.
The alarm (OVERCONCETRATION/ CHECK DOSING) is indicated in the display and the
external alarm output is activated. By pressing any button the external alarm output can be
acknowledged. The alarm message remains flashing on the display until the concentration
falls below the set limit.
The limiting value for the conductivity can be set independent from the detergent
concentration value up to 200 mS/cm (factory setting is 100 mS/cm).
The limiting value for overdosage must be at least 20% above the set detergent
NOTE
concentration value (a setting under 20% is not possible).
Adjustment detergent overdosage concentration:
1. Activate the menu „DET OVERDOSAGE CONZ.:".
2. Select the desired value with
3. Press NEXT to confirm.
The time delay can be adjusted from 1 to 9999 s in steps of 1s (general adj. from works
0120 s).
Adjustment delay time:
1. Activate the menu „DET OVERDOSAGE DELAY.:".
2. Select the desired value at the flashing position with
3. Select the appropriate position by ↵.
4. Press NEXT to confirm.

Alarm for temperature remaining low
It is possible to set an alarm limit for the washing tank temperature. The adjustment of an
alarm delay time prevents an alarm for a negligible change of temperature for a short time.
A temperature alarm is activated when the appropriate limit (TEMPERATURE MINIMUM)
falls below the set value and the time delay has timed out (TEMPERATURE DELAY).
The alarm (TEMPERATURE REMAIN UNDER) is indicated in the display and the external
alarm output is activated.
The external alarm output can be acknowledged by pressing any button. The alarm
message remains flashing on the display until the temperature raises above the limit again.
