6.2
Detergent metering
The detergent concentration in the wash solution tank is taken from the inductive
conductivity sensor during the whole cleaning process.
The concentration is controlled by a micro processor on the PCB of the CDI 01 unit.
If the concentration falls below the necessary level, the detergent will be sucked out of the
chemical reservoir to be metered into the solution tank.
As the pre-adjusted concentration level is almost reached, the system/dosing switches over
to "pulse-pause state", until the pre-adjusted concentration is finally reached. Higher
concentrations are limited by a self learning system (fuzzy logic).
