Programme 9 – JAM
RASPBERRY JAM – makes approx. 1 x 400g jar

ORANGE MARMALADE – makes approx. 1 x 400g jar

Oranges, finely shredded zest,
roughly chopped flesh and juice
Preserving sugar

Liquid pectin
1. Put all the ingredients for the jam or marmalade into the bread pan.
2. Close the lid, press the menu button and select Programme 9 – JAM. Press the on/off
button to start.
3. When the programme has finished, leave the jam or marmalade to stand for 10
minutes. Remove the bread pan with oven gloves and carefully pour it into a sterilised
jar. Seal and label.
