c) Remplacement du quartz
Aucune autre radiocommande ayant la même fréquence ne doit se situer dans le périmètre de portée de la
radiocommande, les radiocommandes pouvant se perturber mutuellement et empêcher les modèles réduits de réagir
correctement aux instructions de la radiocommande. Si d'autres modèles sont donc en service à proximité, veuillez
convenir avec leurs propriétaires de l'attribution de la fréquence.
N´utilisez que des quartz appropriés pour la radiocommande et le récepteur.
Avant de remplacer le quartz, arrêtez d'abord le véhicule puis la télécommande.
Les quartz de la radiocommande portent un «T» ou «TX», les quartz de récepteur un «R» ou «RX». N'intervertissez
pas les quartz, le cas échéant l'appareil ne peut plus fonctionner correctement.

13. Elimination
a) Généralités
Les appareils électriques et électroniques ne doivent pas être jetés dans les poubelles ordinaires !
Il convient de procéder à l'élimination du produit au terme de sa durée de vie conformément aux prescriptions
légales en vigueur.
b) Piles et accumulateurs
Le consommateur final est légalement tenu (ordonnance relative à l'élimination des piles usagées) de rapporter toutes
les piles et accus usés, il est interdit de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères !
Les piles et accus qui contiennent des substances toxiques sont caractérisés par les symboles ci-contre,

qui indiquent l'interdiction de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères. Les désignations pour le métal lourd
prépondérant sont : Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercure, Pb=plomb (vous trouverez la désignation sur la pile ou
l'accu, par ex. au-dessous des symboles de poubelles figurant à gauche).

Vous pouvez rapporter gratuitement vos piles et accumulateurs usagés aux centres de récupération de
votre commune, à nos succursales ou à tous les points de vente de piles et d'accumulateurs !

• When putting the device into operation always switch on the remote control first. Then connect the vehicle battery
pack with the speed controller and switch on the model. Otherwise the speed controller might act unexpectedly
which might lead to unexpected behaviour of the electric model!
Always pull out the telescopic aerial of the remote control completely. Otherwise the range is reduced significantly.
• Improper operation can cause serious personal injury or material damage! Only drive when the model is in direct
visible contact. Do not operate the model at night.
• Only drive when your ability to react is unrestricted. Fatigue or the influence of alcohol or medication can lead to
false responses as is the case when driving a real vehicle.
• Please note that this model vehicle must not be used on public roads or streets. Only operate it on private property
or in places designated for this purpose.
• Do not drive towards animals or people!
• Do not drive in the rain, through wet grass, water, mud or snow. The model is not waterproof or watertight.
• Also avoid driving at very low outdoor temperatures. In a cold environment the plastic of the vehicle can lose its
elasticity. If that happens, otherwise insignificant accidents may cause damage to the model.
• Do not drive in the case of a thunderstorm, under high-voltage power lines or in the proximity of radio masts.
• Do not take any risks when operating the product! Your own safety and that of your surroundings depend on your
responsible handling of the model.
• Always leave the remote control switched on as long as the model is in operation. To turn off the vehicle, always turn
off the vehicle first and separate the battery pack from the speed controller. Only then may the remote control be
turned off.
• Before driving the model, check if it responds to the remote commands as expected.
• The range of the remote control decreases when batteries are weak. When the vehicle battery pack is weak, the
vehicle becomes slower or no longer responds correctly to the remote control.
If this is the case, stop driving immediately. Exchange the batteries/rechargeable batteries of the remote control with
new ones or recharge the rechargeable batteries. Exchange the vehicle battery pack with a fully charged battery
pack or recharge the empty rechargeable battery pack.
• The motor and drive as well as the speed controller and the vehicle battery pack get hot during operation. Wait for at
least 5 to 10 minutes before exchanging or recharging the battery pack.
Do not touch the motor, the speed controller or the rechargeable battery until they have cooled down. Risk
of burns!
