c) Call Rechargeable Battery and Charging Data from the Memory

To avoid having to enter the data for the different rechargeable batteries anew every time, the charger has five
memory slots that can be programmed individually and then called quickly.
Proceed as follows to programme the data memory:
• Connect the charger to the power supply so that the start
display is visible.
• Touch the button „PRESET".
The display switches to the storage display in which the five
individual storages (1 - 5) are displayed with the currently set
values (rechargeable battery type, cell number and charge/
discharge current).
Use the button „HOME" to leave the memory display without
performing changes.
• To enter the required data into a memory, touch the button
„EDIT" to the right of each memory slot.
The display switches to the selected individual memory
(P1 ... P5) that is also displayed at the top of the header bar
for verification.
• Use the buttons „>" to switch the rechargeable battery type
„BATT TYPE" and the charger function „OPERATION" until
the desired value is displayed.
• Use the buttons „+" and „-" to adjust the cell number „CELL",
the charge current „CHG CURRENT" and the discharge
current „DCHG CURRENT" individually.
• Use the button „CONFIRM" to assume the values into the
memory. The display switches back to the memory display.
• Repeat the above process until all desired memories are set
according to your rechargeable batteries.
• Touch the button „HOME" to return to the start display.
Attention, important!
As for manual input of rechargeable battery and charging data, storage programming also requires
indication of the right values for the rechargeable battery and avoiding mistakes.
Practical advice:
Attach small stickers to your rechargeable batteries labelled P1, P2, P3, P4 or P5. This will tell you at once,
which memory you have to call to call the data matching the rechargeable battery in the charger.
