Make sure that the frame between the
front of the fork and the left side of the
chainstay is completely locked in place.
If it isn't, this can cause the folding bike
to fold open when picked up and may
cause injury.
8. If folded correctly, your FLYER should look like
this:
Fold up the middle bike stand again before trans-
porting the bike.

20.4 Unfolding the FLYER Pluto

Before you begin unfolding your FLYER Pluto,
fold down the middle bike stand and either begin
to position the cranks horizontally or bring the left
crank all the way down.
1. Release the folding clasps by pulling the bolt
on the fork out of its slot which is located on the
rear frame.
2. Pull the front and back part of frame apart until
they are in a straight line and can no longer move.
The folding joint locks once the bolt automatically
falls into its slot.
3. Fold the sealing lever forwards (1). Close the
lever on the folding joint with the ball of your
thumb until you hear it latch and fall into the high-
est position.
Make sure that there is enough gripping
force. If there isn't enough gripping
force, you will need to contact a
FLYER retail shop as soon as possible
and have the fastening lever replaced.
Make sure that the lever is securely fas-
tened.
When turning back the handles, open then
Speedlifter: Lift the unlocking bolt (1).
Afterwards, turn the handles 90° to the left and
back into the riding position (2). The bolt must be
re-latched (3).
