France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Aust-
ria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hunga-
ry, the United Kingdom and Cyprus). The national differences for USA, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and
Korea as given in CB Bulletin have been checked. The requirements of the following countries have also
been checked and found to include no national differences: Malaysia, South Africa, Ukraine, China, Thai-
land, Kazakhstan and Russia.
