Cleaning the removable parts
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to touching hot parts!
Parts of the appliance may still be very hot after use. Touching these may cause
burns.
Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
Wear gloves when cleaning the appliance.
The following appliance parts must be cleaned each time after cooking:
Burner crown
Flame guide
Inner fuel element
Outer fuel element
Splash guard
Slide-in support
Simmer flame burner head
Drip tray
All appliance parts can be removed from the appliance without tools.
Open the front drawer until it reaches
the locking point (free-standing
appliance only).
"3.4 Setting up the stand-alone
unit" (page 51).
Slide the handle to the right until it
clicks into place.
The burner cover is heavy and must be
held with two hands.
Lift the burner cover off the burner
crown.
Remove the burner crown from the
appliance.
The worktop sits loosely on the
appliance.
Due to its size and weight, the worktop
must be held on both sides with your
hands.
Lift the worktop off the appliance.
