Once installation is complete, any remaining gap between the appliance and
worktop can be sealed with a suitable high-temperature silicone.

Place the appliance on the
substructure.
Variant 3
Insert the appliance into the worktop
using the optional mounting
brackets.
Screw the mounting brackets to the
appliance.
3.6 Preparing the appliance
Open the front drawer until it reaches
the locking point (free-standing
appliance only).
"3.4 Setting up the stand-alone
unit" (page 51).
Open the front drawer by pulling it
out.
Slide the handle to the right until it
clicks into place.
The burner crown moves upwards and
the burner cover is lifted.
The burner cover is heavy and must be
held with two hands.
Remove the burner cover from the
burner crown.
