 WARNING!
Risk of injury due to touching hot parts!
High temperatures are generated during operation of the appliance. Parts of the
appliance become hot and touching them can lead to burns.
Wear barbecue gloves when using the appliance (e.g. when removing food
residues).
 WARNING!
Risk of injury from naked flames!
When the appliance is in operation, a naked flame is produced which varies
greatly in height when the gas regulator is adjusted.
Never hold any part of your body over the wok burner during ignition or
operation.
Igniting the simmer flame
Press the gas regulator.
Turn the gas regulator to the "Ignition
position" / "Simmer flame" position
The gas regulator latches in this position
and cannot be turned any further.
Press the ignition button for 10
seconds while holding down the gas
regulator.
Once the burner has ignited, release
the ignition button.
Press and hold the gas regulator for
a further 10 seconds to ensure that
the gas valve remains open.

If the simmer flame is burning:
Push the gas regulator in slightly.
Turn the gas regulator to the
"Maximum" position on the wok
burner
If the main flame is burning:
Push the gas regulator in slightly
beyond the resistance.
Turn the gas regulator to the
"Minimum" position on the wok
burner
The wok burner can be steplessly
adjusted between "Minimum" and
"Maximum".
