3.3 Preparing for set-up
Familiarise yourself with the appliance and the associated documents:
 User manual.
 Installation instructions for Flammkraft grills in outdoor kitchens (built-in
barbecue only).
 Accessories and equipment.
 Set-up location.
Keep the set-up location clear of objects that could be damaged or destroyed
during set-up.
Check the packaging for damage.
Remove the packaging.
Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.

If you identify damage or find that something is missing:
Contact your dealer or the Flammkraft service department.
If the packaging is no longer required:
Dispose of the packaging material correctly.
"9.1 Disposing of the packaging" (page 80).
Make sure that the required safety distances are maintained.
"3.2 Set-up location requirements" (page 50).
When the appliance is in use grease may leak out and run down the housing
(e.g. if the appliance gets wet due to rain).
If necessary, use a suitable, heat-resistant base to protect the flooring.
3.4 Setting up the stand-alone unit
 ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the drawer!
Vibrations caused by moving the appliance or pulling out the drawer without
using the opening function ("push-to-open") can damage the drawer.
To open the drawer, always push it in first.
Before moving the appliance, make sure the drawer is about 5 cm open.
Opening the drawer up to the locking point
Press the front drawer.
The front drawer pops open easily.
Open the front drawer by pulling it
out.
The drawer opens approx. 80% until it is
stopped by the catch.
Close the front drawer by pushing it
in until you hear a click.
