5.6.12 USB Data Storage Device

5.6.12.1 USB Memory Stick

You can generally use USB memory sticks with your smartmeter C10.
However, make sure that you use a memory stick with a read-write speed of
more than 12 MByte/sec (for video recordings, not for pictures).
5.6.12.2 USB Hard Drive
2.5" USB hard drives are supplied with power via the USB port. However,
check the power consumption of your hard drive (see user manual for your
hard drive). The smartmeter C10 can supply power of 500 mA maximum. If the
power consumption of the hard drive is higher, ensure the hard drive is sup-
plied via an external power supply.
If this is not possible, you may not be able to save recordings or recordings
may be faulty.
File System
The smartmeter C10 supports the FAT and FAT32 file systems.
