i) Installing the aileron linkage

Wrap a slim strip of adhesive tape around the servo housing before inserting it
into the wing. This prevents unnecessary damage to the servo housing when it
is fixed with superglue.
Insert the servo (1) into the wing as illustrated and fix it with some glue.
First, screw a clevis each (3; see ill. 8, pos. 3) onto the two 150-mm-long linkage
rods (2).
Then clip the clevises (3) to the two linkage lugs of the aileron linkage (4).
Attach the two-sided aileron arm (5) onto the servo in an exact 90°-angle to the
flying direction.
When you have aligned the aileron in centre, you can bend down the linkage at
the servo arm and cut it off.
A holding clip secures the linkage (7; see ill. 8, pos. 4).

j) Installing the wing support

Before gluing the front wing support (1) to the wing, attach it without glue to see
if it fits properly.
Loosely assemble the wing and the fuselage. When you have determined the
right position, you can glue the wing support (1) as well as the screw support
(2) to the wing. When the glue has hardened, use a 3-mm drill to drill the hole
for the wing attachment screw.
Tip: Before gluing the wing support to the wing, check the alignment of the wing
to the fuselage (see ill. 11).
