o) Installing the elevator linkage

There is a flattened section on both sides of the elevator blade for the installation
of the elevator horn (1).
Attach the elevator horn to the bottom side and the counter plate to the top
side. Screw tight the two parts using two 1.5 x 15 mm screws.
Caution!
To ensure that elevator deflections are equal upwards and
downwards, the elevator arm has to be adjusted so that the row of
holes in the elevator arm is in line with the centre of rotation of the
elevator.
After screwing a clevis (2) onto the 240-mm-long linkage rod, the rest of the
linkage is completed as described for the aileron.
The exact position of the pivot points on the elevator or the servo arm is
determined when adjusting the elevator deflections.

p) Installing the rudder linkage

For the installation of the rudder linkage, see the installation of the aileron
linkage.
When installing the rudder, make sure that the row of holes of the rudder arm is
in line with the centre of rotation of the rudder.

q) Installing elevator and rudder servos

Glue the rudder servo (1) and the elevator servo (2) into the rear of the fuselage
and attach the horns (4) at a 90°-angle to the fuselage axis.
Cut the rudder linkage with an excess length of 5 mm. Bend the linkage end by
90° and insert it into the rudder horn (4). Secure it with a holding clip (3).

by 90° and insert it into the rudder horn (4). Secure it with a holding clip (3).
