x) Applying the decals
The decal set consists of 2 sheets with several numbered stickers.
See the package for an overview of where to attach the stickers.
Of course, you can as well attach the stickers as you please.

9. Operating the model

a) Inserting and connecting the flight battery
To insert the flight battery, take off the canopy and insert the battery into the front of the fuselage. Secure it with Velcro fastener.
The exact position of the battery is determined by the centre of gravity.

b) Setting the centre of gravity

The flight battery must be installed in the battery compartment so that the centre
of gravity is approx. 50 - 55 mm behind the leading edge of the wing (measured
in the wing centre). Always determine the centre of gravity with the canopy
attached.
When you have determined the centre of gravity, mark the flight battery and the
fuselage using a marker pen. Thus, when you change the flight battery, you do
not have to determine the centre of gravity again.

c) Operating the speed controller

First, switch on the remote control and move the motor control stick to the bottom position (motor off).
If the transmitter is set correctly, you will hear three fast sound sequences followed by three individual sounds. Then the propeller will start briefly so you can
check the rotating direction. If necessary, swap two of the three motor connectors to change to rotating direction of the motor.
If you only hear four individual sounds of different pitch after connecting the battery, reverse the function of the motor control stick using the reverse
function.
Important!
The integrated BEC power supply provides the required operating voltage for the servos and the receiver. When connecting up to 4 servos, the
input voltage must not exceed 12 V (10 NiCd/NiMH cells or 3 LiPo cells).

d) Programming the speed controller

The speed controller provides a brake function which can be activated or deactivated. To activate/deactivate the break function, move the control stick to full-
throttle position for maximum motor speed with the transmitter switched on.
Now connect the flight battery. Once the motor has emitted four individual sounds of different pitch, move the control stick on the transmitter to "motor off"
position and wait until the motor has emitted three individual sounds.
Then separate the flight battery from the speed controller and connect it again. Now the brake function is switched.
