Use a sharp box cutter to separate the right aileron (2) from the wing (1).
Remove the connecting bars and sand down the cut edges (ill. 4c). After sanding,
the aileron edges must be tapered and run in a straight line so that maximum
upward and downward deflection is possible.

d) Preparing the installation of the aileron linkage wires
First, cut the approx. 8-cm-long plastic tube into four equally long guide sleeves (1) and push two of them onto each of the two aileron linkage wires (2).
Then a linkage lug (3) each is screwed onto the threaded wire ends. The threaded wire end must be in the wing centre.
