Cleaning cone and collet chuck
After the motor spindle is cleaned, remove the collet chuck from the motor spindle and clean the shaft cone and the collet chuck,
e.g., with a brush or a cone wiper.

Inspect the supply lines
Check the supply lines of the motor spindle. Media must be able to reach the motor spindle without hindrance. The lines must not
be bent or squashed. Check all lines for damage and double-check the supply media settings.

They may vary depending on processing or extent of contamination.

Service and repair
The motor spindle should only be repaired by SycoTec or a SycoTec authorized repair workshop.
Please contact SycoTec if you need repairs (after-sales@sycotec.eu).
We reserve the right to renew motor spindles in the course of a repair to the state of the art.

The number of particles per cubic meter of compressed air must not exceed 90,000 particles in the
range between 0.5–1 µm and 1,000 particles in the range between 1–5 µm.

A pressure dew point of +3°C or better. Water in liquid form is not permissible.
Class 3
A maximum of 1 mg of oil is permitted per cubic meter of compressed air. This value corresponds
to the total liquid oil, oil aerosol and oil mist content.
Class 5
The number of particles per cubic meter of compressed air must not exceed 100,000 particles in
the range between 1–5 µm.
Class 4
A pressure dew point of +3°C or better. Water in liquid form is not permissible.
Class 4
A maximum of 5 mg of oil is permitted per cubic meter of compressed air. This value corresponds
to the total liquid oil, oil aerosol and oil mist content.
