Personal Protective Equipment
Personal protective equipment protects against risks arising from the
product. If the personal protective equipment is missing or is unsuitable for
the work processes on the product, persons may be injured.
The following personal protective equipment must be worn:
— Safety gloves
— Safety glasses
— Lab coat

Leaking Liquids from the Product
If the product is damaged or incorrectly installed, liquids can leak from the
product. There is a risk of skin irritation.
Perform a visual inspection before use and ensure all connections be-

tween the product and accessories are fluid-tight.
Ensure correct installation of the UNF 10|32 adapters, if applicable .

Bursting of the Product
If too much pressure is applied to the product, the product housing may
burst. There is a risk of cutting or irritation of the skin.
The recommended microfilter for inline prefiltration has a lower operating
pressure than the product .
Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of the product (see

chapter "9.2 Operating Conditions", page 24).
If operating with inline prefiltration, do not exceed the maximum pres-
t
sure of the microfilter (see instructions of the microfilter) .

Flammable Liquid
The product contains small amounts of 20–24 % EtOH. There is a risk of fire.
Stay away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces when un-
t
packing and using the product.
Observe the instructions on the packaging label .
