Performing a Purification Cycle
Materials required:
Requirements
— If operating with inline prefiltration: The microfilter is installed on the LC
system and connected to the inlet of the product.
— The product is equilibrated.
Procedure
Start the purification manually or with an automated program, with the

recommended volumes and flow rates (see table above and the instruc-
tions of the LC system).
When using inline prefiltration: If any pressure increase is detected

during sample loading, replace the prefilter.

Storage
Requirements
The product is re-equilibrated.
Procedure
Fill the product with storage buffer (see chapter "9.6 Storage Condi-

tions", page 25).
Install the protective caps on the product inlet and product outlet.
