Procedure
Fill the syringe with the sample.

Hold the product in an upright position with the arrow indicating the flow

direction (2) pointing down.

Remove the protective cap (1) from the product inlet.

If operating without inline prefiltration, connect the syringe to the prod-
t
uct inlet (3).

If operating with inline prefiltration:
t
Connect the syringe to the microfilter inlet (4).
t
Fill the microfilter with sample.
t
Connect the microfilter outlet to the product inlet (5) drop-to-drop.

Remove the protective cap from the product outlet.

Load the sample. Make sure the flow leaves the outlet drop-wise, not as
t
a continuous stream.
When using inline prefiltration: If any pressure increase is detected
t
during sample loading, replace the prefilter.
Close the product outlet with the protective cap.
t
Remove the syringe and the microfilter (if applicable) from the product.
t
Close the product inlet with the protective cap.
t
