8 . 1 Decontaminating the Product
Procedure
If the product has come into contact with hazardous substances, decon-

8 .2 Disposing of the Product
The product must be disposed of properly by disposal facilities.
Requirements
If applicable: The product must be decontaminated.
Procedure
Dispose of the product and packaging in accordance with local govern-

ment regulations.
Solution
Perform a regeneration step after each
purification cycle.
When purifying antibodies from multiple
sources, use a separate product for each
antibody type and | or batch.
Increase the buffer volume and | or re-
duce the flow rate during washing.
