4.2.1 Connecting suction and pressure tubes (dosing lines)
CAUTION!
When connecting the suction and pressure tube, make sure that the O-rings
are mounted on the connections in order to achieve the necessary
sealing.
To protect the metering system, we strongly recommend the use of a
suction lance with empty signal provision and mud guard from our accessory
programme. The empty signal provision causes the pump to cut off if the
medium in the container drops below a certain level.
In this section we highlight the most commonly used "pipe-hose connection".
Further variants are described in detail in the full operating instructions for your
pump.
