CAUTION!
Use is permitted only by trained personnel!
The pump must be operated only by personnel trained in its use, under
observance of PPE requirements and these operating instructions! Suitable
measures must be taken to prevent access by unauthorised personnel.
We urgently recommend protecting the pump from unauthorised access.
CAUTION!
Do not operate the pump if you feel drowsy, are physically unwell, or under the
influence of drugs / alcohol / medication, etc.
DANGER!
If you believe that the unit can no longer be operated, you must switch off the
pump immediately and secure it so that it cannot be used inadvertently.
This is the case if:
– There are visible signs of damage
– The pump no longer appears to be functioning correctly
– Disinfectant is pouring out uncontrollably
Comply with the following at all times:
n Perform a functional check after prolonged periods of storage under unfavourable
conditions.
n Before any work takes place on electrical parts, the system must be disconnected from
the power supply and protected from being switched back on.
n Obey the safety regulations and wear the required protective clothing when working
with chemicals. Attention must be paid to all information contained in the product
datasheet for the metered medium used.
2.1 Intended use
CAUTION!
Intended use also includes compliance with all operating instructions made
available by the manufacturer, as well as all maintenance and servicing
conditions.
