5.10 Setting the counterbalance
After setting the main and side tension on the device, make sure that the HVZ-ECO is aligned
horizontally to the work surface, if necessary slightly inclined to the machine side (set-down
rollers).
Remove the lynch pin (C) at the top of the
chain suspension (A) and adjust both
adjustment chains (B) to the same length
(see Fig. 30).
Secure the adjustment chains (B) again with
lynch pins (C) (see Fig. 32).
The position of the chain suspension (A)
can also be changed by inserting it into
another hole (see Fig. 31).
