Authorized use
The HVZ-ECO hydraulic laying clamp is universally suitable for laying all commercially available interlocking
block laying units in conjunction with any carrier device (mini excavator, hydraulic excavator).
Two separate hydraulic control circuits are required on the carrier (excavator) to operate the HVZ-ECO.
This HVZ-ECO device can be used to pick up and lay one layer of interlocking blocks at a time.
The load-bearing capacities and nominal widths of the HVZ-ECO hydraulic laying clamp must not be exceeded.
Only stones of perfect quality may be gripped; they must not have "feet, bellies and blind spacers". This can
cause a complete layer of stones to fall out.

Requirements for hydraulic drive (working hydraulics of the carrier device):
Volume flow, usable [l/min]: min. 25, optimum 35 to 40, max. 80
Operating pressure, usable [bar]: min. 180, optimum 200, max. 320
