2.8.2 Hydraulic

Check all hydraulic hoses and connection for tightness before every operation.
Only experts are allowed to replace faulty parts (depressurized).
Ensure a clean working environment before opening the hydraulic connection.

When working on the hydraulic system, ensure cleanliness.
•
The hydraulic hoses must be free of breaks and abrasion. Take care that there are no outstanding
edges, where the hoses could hook in.
The operator of the device is responsible for a constant line pressure, which is necessary for the

working with this device.
•
Only under these conditions is a safety gripping, lifting and transporting of the gripping goods with
this device ensured.
2.9
Safety in operation
2.9.1 Carrier / lifting device
The carrier/lifting device used (e.g. excavator), including the lifting tackle, must be in a safe
operating condition.
Only authorized and qualified persons may operate the carrier/lifting device.

The maximum permitted working load limit (WLL) of the carrier/lifting device and the lifting

tackle must not be exceeded under any circumstances!
