Possible solution
Make sure that the appliance is
properly connected to an intact
power supply and that the fuse has
not tripped.
Check if there is a power failure in
your home or surroundings.
Switch on the appliance.
Unlock the control panel
(see the corresponding chapter).
Make sure the control panel is clean
and dry.
Follow the instructions for operating
the sensor keys in this manual.
Replace the lamp bulb as described
in the corresponding section.
If applicable, note the error code dis-
played, disconnect the hob from the
power supply and contact customer
service or a certified electrician.
