• Over a longer period of time, moisture in the
baking chamber can lead to corrosion.
Allow the appliance to dry after use.
Do not store moist food in the closed oven for a
long period of time.
Do not store food in the oven cavity.
• Always keep your oven clean.
Food residues can damage the oven surfaces
over time.
• Avoid sugary stains, such as fruit juice in the
cooking chamber, as they may not be removed
after cooling. When baking very moist food,
such as fruit cake, do not cover the baking tray
too generously and use a deeper baking tray.
• To avoid damaging the appliance door, do not
put any weight on it.
For example, do not place any cooking utensils
or accessories on it and do not hang anything
on it.
• To ensure safe handling and avoid damage, al-
ways push the accessories the right way round
when required and all the way into the cooking
chamber.
• Do not carry or hold the appliance by the door
handle. The door handle cannot support the
weight of the appliance and could break.
