Operation, Setting and Use of the Oven
Manual cooking
To set the desired heating type and cooking temperature,
to monitor the cooking time yourself after starting operation
and to end the cooking process manually at the desired time,
proceed as follows:
• Touch the key when no cooking programme is active to
open the main menu.

• The first available heating mode is shown flashing on the
display with the corresponding pre-set cooking tempera-
ture (for a list and detailed description of the heating types,
see the corresponding table).

mode with the corresponding selection keys
