Convection
Pre-set cooking temperature: 165°C
The evenly generated heat is quickly distributed in
the cooking chamber. The food is browned on the
outside and remains juicy on the inside.
Suitable for roasting at high temperatures or for large
pieces of meat.
Hot air
Pre-set cooking temperature: 165°C
The air in the cooking chamber is heated and circulated
simultaneously. The optimal heat distribution reduces
the risk of burning the food.
Suitable for cooking on several levels.
Top / bottom heat
Pre-set cooking temperature: 180°C
The heat is evenly transferred to the food.
Baking or roasting is only possible on one level.
Suitable for roasting in a Roman pot, flat sheet cakes,
bread, etc.
  Note on the temperature pre-setting 165°C
for most heating types:
Since a cooking temperature of more than 165°C
causes more fat splashes during the cooking
process, this temperature is pre-set for most
heating types.
To prevent soiling of the cooking chamber during
operation, do not increase this pre-setting if present
or select an appropriate temperature setting.
