3.2 Available heating functions
Heating types
Defrost
Cooking temperature: 0°C, not selectable
The air in the cooking chamber is circulated without
heating. This accelerates the defrosting process in a
gentle way.
Rotary spit with grilling / roasting system
Pre-set cooking temperature:180°C
Due to the centrally concentrated heat from above
and the simultaneous continuous rotation of the spit
by the rotating spit motor, the food is heated and
browned particularly evenly, whereby the cooking
process is accelerated by the faster distribution
of heat by the fan.

Suitable for spit roasts up to 1000g.

Due to the centrally concentrated heat from above
and the simultaneous continuous rotation of the spit
by the rotating spit motor, the food is heated and
browned particularly evenly.

Keep warm
Pre-set cooking temperature: 80°C
The heat generated by top/bottom heat keeps the
food warm without drying it out too quickly.
Top heat
Pre-set cooking temperature: 165°C
The heat is concentrated from above.
The top of the food is browned.
Suitable for gratinating.
