9.6.3 UNLINKING STEPS - REAR LINKING SYSTEM KLAXON® FOR FOLDABLE WHEELCHAIRS
Throughout the unlinking phase, make sure to be on a flat area, as free as possible of
unevenness in the terrain and away from dangers to the safety of the person and of others.
1.
Unscrew the Clamping Lever (Figure 49 Letter I) by half a turn to release the telescopic axle (Figure 49
Letter K). (Figure 56).
2.
Retract the telescopic axle until it reaches its minimum extension (Figure 56).
3.
Remove the Kit from the wheelchair (Figure 57).
4.
Store the Kit in a safe place.
