15.3 TYRE INFLATION

TWIST's tyre is of one of those with an inner tube inside. The tyre inflation pressure must vary between 2 bar
(30 psi) and 2.5 bar (36 psi). Inflation can also be carried out by the user or at a motorbike or bicycle workshop
or at a car tyre shop.
To access the inflation valve, pull out the battery. A hole will be visible at the bottom. This hole will provide
direct access to the wheel rim (Figure 116).
Turn the wheel until the valve appears.
Unscrew the valve cap.
Turn the valve slightly so that the head of the inflation gun's hose can be inserted into it.
Check that the pressure is between 2 bar (30psi) and 2.5 bar (36psi).
Screw the plastic cap back on.
Rotate/push the valve until it rests on the rim.
Make sure that when turning the wheel the valve does not touch the plastic chassis.
Reinsert the battery.

15.4 TYRE AND INNER TUBE REPLACEMENT

If the inner tube is punctured or the tyre needs to be replaced because it is too worn, please contact your
KLAXON dealer or service centre.

For the replacement of the mechanical brake cable on the handlebar accessory, for the replacement of the
mechanical brake cable on the TWIST or of the brake pads, please contact your dealer or a KLAXON service
centre.
