Problem

Cause
Wear parts, such as e.g.:
O-rings, hose connections etc..
incorrect fl ushing times
Water stopper has been triggered
There is no voltage at the unit
Post-fi lter: Aqua-Lith Crystal Energy
The water supply is insuffi cient. The Best-
Water system gets too little water.
Filter change that has just been carried
out, as well as when the unit is put back
into operation (after being taken out of
operation due to holidays, etc.).

Defect
One of the pressure switches in the unit
could be defective.
The aerator for the fi ltered water has been
screwed too deeply into the three-way tap.
The aerator has been externally soiled
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Check for leaks and replace if necessary.
The fl ushing times must be corrected or
adjusted in the PLC control.
Any condensation should be removed and the
WaterStopper put back into operation.
Check as follows:
- the mains plug is plugged in
- the mains switch is set to (l)
- the existing fuse is OK
- the socket has voltage
This problem is mostly caused by the Aqua-
Lith Crystal Energy. This fi lter should be
checked and replaced if necessary.
Check as follows:
- the water connection (angle valve) is open
- whether the minimum fl ow pressure of 150
kPa 1.5 bar) is reached
- the 3/8" water inlet hose is not kinked
- the pre-fi lters are clogged
- the activated carbon prefi lter has been
has been installed the wrong way round
- the water stopper has been triggered
The stronger or slurping noises at the be-
ginning and end of the pumping process are
normal in this case.
The cartridge or valve insert must be replaced.
The spout must be dismantled and the O-
rings replaced.

The battery must be replaced or checked
within one year.
Must be replaced, repair is not possible.
Please take the unit out of operation. The unit
must be repaired by the specialist dealer.
Please loosen the aerator. It must not be
screwed in too deeply.
Please clean the aerator according to the
cleaning instructions.
