Establishing the connection
The connection starts by tapping the device to be connected. The
following options are available here:
– Initial connection (no User PIN assigned)
There is no PIN assigned for the User Level when the X-node
leaves the factory. This must be assigned by the Owner when first
setting up the device. The app will therefore request that the
Owner Key is entered or the QR code found on the Owner Key
card is scanned (see figure).

Dräger X-node
After successfully entering the Owner Key, a User PIN can now be
used for user access (see the following figure). This is a 6-digit
number. Once the User PIN has been assigned, the connection to
the X-node is established and Owner Level accessed.
