This option will switch off any LED display.
Changing the display interval
The display interval is the interval at which the X-node displays the
alarm status by lighting up the status LED (gas concentration < A1 ->
green, A1 < gas concentration < A2 -> yellow, gas concentration > A2
-> red).
With CO
sensors, the display interval influences the auto-zero
2
interval of the CO
sensor (see Section 6.3.1 "Automatic zero
2
calibration").
As a new alarm is immediately signalled, the display interval may
be shortened once as a result.
Changing the display pattern
The status LED lights up for several seconds at the set display
interval. The user can choose between flashing and pulsing.
The flashing pattern uses less energy than pulsing.
Discreet mode
If discreet mode has been activated, the status LED will not light up
green at the set display interval. Only A1 and A2 alarms will be
shown.
5.6.2
Setting the alarm limits
The X-node status LED will light up when certain gas concentrations
are exceeded. A yellow light indicates that pre-alarm limit A1 has
been exceeded and a red light means that the main alarm limit A2 has
been exceeded.
