If the status LED has been completely switched off, the X-node
will not display the other visuals either (position alarm, start
sequence, incompatible sensor...).
– Flashing – the LEDs flash once when the measured value is in
the green range, twice when the measured value is in the
yellow range and three times when the measured value is in
the red range.
– Pulsing – the LEDs pulse once when the measured value is in
the green range, twice when the measured value is in the
yellow range and three times when the measured value is in
the red range.
– Further visualisations
– Position alarm
If the X-node is tilted more than 30° for longer than a minute
(this also includes turning upside down), then a position alarm
will be triggered. The device flashes or pulses red as it does
when the second alarm limit is exceeded.
– Incompatible sensor
If the status LED flashes blue after the sensor is inserted, this
means the sensor is not compatible.

Dräger X-node
– Bluetooth connection
The status LED lights up blue if a Bluetooth connection has
been established. It will remain blue until the status LED is
used for another status display.

Power supply and charging

The X-node is charged using a micro USB cable. To do this, remove
the rubber cover from the USB port on the X-node and insert the
cable. When charging the X-node with USB cable inserted, please
note the following:
Avoid overloading the connector when the USB cable is inserted.
Only use a USB-IF certified cable.
The X-node is not intended for continuous operation with a USB
cable.
