Operation and controls
Whether the status LED flashes or pulses depends on the
display pattern set. Pulsing is more noticeable than flashing but
consumes more power and leads to a shorter operating time.
The green signal (everything OK, no gases) can be suppressed
if considered disruptive and also to save energy. Only alarms will
then sound.
The alarms are repeated at the display interval set. The first
alarm is triggered immediately after the cut-off value (alarm
threshold A1) has been exceeded.

The behaviour is different for O
triggered for both oxygen deficiency (concentration <= A1) and an
excessive oxygen concentration (concentration >= A2).
Display interval
The display interval indicates the interval at which the status LED
lights up to display the status of the gas reading.
With CO , the measurement is carried out shortly before expiry of

the display interval; for other gases, measurements and alarms
take place every second.
The default setting is 60 s. The display interval can be changed
via the app (see "Setting the status LED", page 62).
Display pattern
The status LED lights up in accordance with the display interval
and provides information about the status of the gas reading.
Here, the status LED will light up for several seconds and then go
out again. The pattern according to which the LED lights up is the
display pattern and can be switched between flashing and pulsing
via the app.
If the display pattern is set to pulsing, all flashing patterns will
pulse (e.g. position alarm, incompatible sensor).
Discreet mode
If the discreet mode has been activated, the status LED will only
light up if the A1 or A2 thresholds have been exceeded. The
status LED will not light up green if the gas reading is < A1.
Discreet mode can be activated via the app.
Switching off the status LED
The status LED can be switched off completely (see "Setting the
status LED", page 62).
