For CO sensors, the measurement interval corresponds to the

display interval (see "Setting the status LED", page 62). With a
display interval of 60 s, this corresponds approximately to every 10
days.
In order for the automatic zero calibration to be used correctly, the
sensor must be exposed to typical background concentrations
(400 ... 450 ppm) at least once during the zero calibration interval.
In many buildings, the CO concentration drops to the background

value over night or over the weekend, when nobody is there.

Performing the span calibration

The span calibration can be accessed via the "Calibration" menu item
in the live overview.
The span calibration can be interrupted at any time. To interrupt the
calibration, select Cancel calibration.
Not every sensor supports a span calibration.
Prerequisites
– Zero point is calibrated (see "Carrying out the zero calibration",
page 70).
– Test gas supply is ready for use (see "Preparing the test gas
supply", page 69).
1. Start the span calibration by pressing the "Span Calibration"
button.
