Demontage
• Ventileinsatz aus dem Gehäuse ausbauen (siehe
Betriebsanleitung des entsprechenden Vesta Ventils).
• Spannstift (6) austreiben und Hebel (3) abnehmen.
• Innensechskantschraube (7) herausschrauben und
Stange (8) aus Antrieb herausziehen.
• Montagesockel (10) mit Maulschlüssel SW27 heraus-
schrauben.
• Ist das Gleitlager (2) beschädigt, das Gleitlager heraus-
brechen. Neues Gleitlager bis zum Anschlag einpres-
sen.
• Der Zylinderknopf (4) ist auf den Hebel (3) aufge-
schraubt und kann bei Beschädigung ersetzt werden.
Montage
• Die Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchfüh-
ren.
HINWEIS
Bei der Montage des Spannstiftes darauf achten, dass
dieser mittig sitzt und der Schlitz nach unten in Rich-
tung Antrieb zeigt.
Ändern der Hebelposition
Wenn der Hebel bei montiertem Ventil der Handhebel
nicht in der gewünschten Position steht, kann der Ven-
tileinsatz in 90° Schritten im Gehäuse gedreht werden.
Ist dies aufgrund der Luftanschlüsse nicht möglich, ist
wie folgt vorzugehen:
• Gewünschte Position des Hebels zu den Luftanschlüs-
sen merken.
• Ventileinsatz aus dem Gehäuse ausbauen.

Disassembly
• Remove the valve insert from the housing (see operat-
ing manual for the relevant VESTA valve).
• Drive out the dowel pin (6) and take off the lever (3).
• Unscrew the hex socket-head screw (7) and pull out
the rod (8) from the actuator.
• Unscrew the installation base (10) using an open end
spanner (a/f 27).
• If the plain bearing (2) is damaged, remove the plain
bearing. Press in a new plain bearing as far as it will
go.
• The cylinder button (4) is screwed onto the lever (3)
and can be replaced if it is damaged.
Assembly
• Reassemble in reverse order.
NOTE
When fitting the dowel pin make sure it is centred and
the slot is facing downwards towards the actuator.
Changing the lever position
If the lever is not in the required position when the
valve has been installed, the valve insert can be turned
in the housing in steps of 90°.
If this is not possible because of the air connections, pro-
ceed as follows:
• Make a mental note of the required lever position with
respect to the air connections.
• Remove the valve insert from the housing.
