Vor der Demontage

• Sicherstellen, dass während der Wartungs- und
Instandhaltungsarbeiten kein Prozess im entsprechen-
den Bereich abläuft.
• Alle zum Ventil führenden Rohrleitungselemente ent-
leeren und, wenn nötig, reinigen oder spülen.
• Steuerluft absperren.
• Stromversorgung unterbrechen.
• Ventil, wenn möglich, mit sämtlichen Gehäusen und
Gehäuseanschlüssen aus dem Rohrleitungsabschnitt
herausnehmen.

abbauen
• Elektrische- und pneu-
matische Anschlüsse
vom Anschlusskopf (B)
abbauen.
• Anschlusskopf (B) nach
links (in Pfeilrichtung)
drehen bis der Anschlag
erreicht wird.
VORSICHT
Die Potentiometerspindel
(P) ist ein empfindliches
Bauteil und muss vorsich-
tig behandelt werden!
VORSICHT
Die Haube (H) des
Anschlusskopfes (B) darf
nicht demontiert werden.
Beim Steuerkopf für
Luft/Luft-Antriebe
dürfen die Aufsätze 1+2
nicht zerlegt werden.

Prior to dismantling the
valve
• Make sure that during maintenance and repair work
no process is in operation in the area concerned.
• All pipe segments attached to the valve must be
drained and, if necessary, cleaned or rinsed.
• Shut off the control air supply.
• Disconnect the power supply.
• If possible, remove the valve from the pipe segment
together with all housings and housing connections.

• Dismantle electrical and
pneumatical connec-
tions from the control
module (B).
• Turn control module (B)
to the left (in direction
of the arrow) until the
limit stop is reached
CAUTION
The potentiometer spin-
dle (P) is a sensitive com-
ponent and must be han-
dled with care!
CAUTION
The hood (H) of the con-
trol module (B) must not
be dismounted.

With regard to the control
head for air/air actuators,
the base elements 1+2
must not be dismantled.
