Funktion des Antriebs
umbauen
Der Umbau von federschließend auf federöffnend und
umgekehrt ist ohne weitere Bauteile möglich.
• Ventil demontieren s. Kapitel „Demontage – Montage
des pneumatischen Antriebs".
VORSICHT
Überhöhter Steuerluftdruck kann den Faltenbalg
beschädigen.
Deshalb folgenden Steuerluftdruck nicht überschreiten:
– federschließender Antrieb (NC) – max. 10 bar
– federöffnender Antrieb (NO) – max. 6 bar
Antrieb demontieren und entsprechend der gewünsch-
ten Funktion wieder einbauen, siehe hierzu Kapitel
„Demontage – Montage des pneumatischen Antriebs".
Einbau und
Betrieb
Darauf achten, dass
– das Ventil spannungsfrei in das Rohrleitungssystem
eingebaut wird und
– keine Gegenstände (z. B. Werkzeuge, Schrauben) im
System eingeschlossen sind.

Changing the actuator's
function
Changing the function from spring-to-close to spring-
to-open and vice versa is possible without any addi-
tional parts
• Dismantling the valve, see Chapter "Dismantling /
Mounting the pneumatic actuator".
CAUTION
Excess control air may cause damage to the
bellows. Therefore the following control air pressure
should not be exceeded:
– spring closing actuator (NC) – 10 bar max.
– spring opening actuator (NO) – 6 bar max.
Dismantle and reinstall actuator according to the
desired function, see in this respect Chapter "Disman-
tling – Mounting the pneumatic actuator".
Assembly and
Operation
Make sure that
– the valve is installed in the pipe system free of stress
and
– no foreign materials (e.g. tools, bolts) are enclosed in
the system.
