Pneumatischer Anschluss
• Betriebsdruck an der Druckluftreduzier- und Filtersta-
tion prüfen.
• Luftfilter der Filterstation regelmäßig reinigen.
• Steckverbindungen auf festen Sitz prüfen.
• Leitungen auf Knicke und undichte Stellen kontrollie-
ren.
Elektrischer Anschluss
• Auf saubere Anschlüsse der Näherungsinitiatoren
achten.
Einbau- und Betriebsvorschriften für die Verwendung
im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich beachten!

Instandhaltungsintervalle

Um höchste Betriebssicherheit der Ventile zu gewähr-
leisten, sollten in größeren Abständen alle Verschleißtei-
le ausgetauscht werden.
Praxisorientierte Instandhaltungsintervalle können nur
durch den Anwender ermittelt werden, da sie von den
Einsatzbedingungen abhängig sind, z. B.:
– Einsatzdauer pro Tag
– Schalthäufigkeit
– Art und Temperatur des Produktes
– Art und Temperatur des Reinigungsmittels
– Einsatzumgebung.

Pneumatic connections
• Check the operating pressure at the pressure reducing
and filter station.
• Clean the air filter in the filter station at regular inter-
vals.
• Check whether the air hose sits firmly in the air con-
nector.
• Check the air hoses for bends and leaks.
Electrical connections
• Check the proximity switches for tidy connections.
Observe the installation and operating instructions
within potentially explosive areas!

Maintenance intervals

To ensure the highest operational reliability of the
valves, all wearing parts should be replaced at longer
intervals.
The actual maintenance intervals can only be deter-
mined by the plant user, since they depend on the oper-
ating conditions, for instance
– daily period of operation
– switching frequency
– type and temperature of the product
– type and temperature of the cleaning solution
– ambient conditions
