Einbaulage

Das Ventil wird unter die Rohrleitung eingebaut.
Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass Ventilgehäuse und
Rohrleitungssystem sicher leerlaufen können.
Gehäuseanschluss in die
Rohrleitung einschweißen
• Sechskantschrauben (1)
lösen und Klappring (2)
demontieren.
• Verschluss (3) und
Gehäuse (401) demon-
tieren.
HINWEIS
Zur Herstellung der Anschlussverrohrung am Gehäuse-
stutzen (401) muss an geeigneter Stelle eine lösbare
Rohrverbindung geschaffen werden. Nur dann kann der
O-Ring (205) bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden.
• Ventileinsatz ausbauen (s. Kapitel „Demontage – Mon-
tage des Ventils").
• Gehäuse ohne Faltenbalg/Dichtringe in das Rohrlei-
tungssystem einschweißen, dazu:
• Gehäuse einpassen und heften.
• Gehäuse vor dem Schweißen immer verschließen.
• Gehäuse von innen mit Formiergas umspülen, um den
Sauerstoff aus dem System zu verdrängen.
• Geeignetes Schweißverfahren anwenden.
GEA Tuchenhagen empfiehlt WIG-Schweißverfahren
mit Pulsen.
• Das Gehäuse, wenn notwendig mit Schweißzusatz, in
das Rohrleitungssystem einschweißen.

The valve will be installed under the pipe.
Care must be taken to ensure that the valve housing and
the pipe system can drain properly.

NOTE
In order to install the connection piping at housing sock-
et (401), a detachable pipe connection must be provided
at a suitable place. Only then can the o-ring be replaced
if required (205).
• Dismantle the valve insert (follow the instructions
under "Dismantling / Mounting the valve").
• Weld the housing without bellows / sealing rings into
the pipe system and for this purpose:
• Fit in the housing and tack it.
• Prior to welding, always seal the housing.
• Purge the housing inside with forming gas to remove
oxygen from the system.
• Use a suitable welding method.
GEA Tuchenhagen recommends the TIG welding
method with pulsating current.
• Weld the housing into the pipe system, if necessary
using a welding filler.
• Release the hex. screws
(1) and remove the
hinged clamp (2).
