Instandhaltung
Inspektionen
Zwischen den Instandhaltungsintervallen müssen die
Dichtheit und die Funktion der Ventile überwacht wer-
den.
Produktberührte Dichtungen
• Regelmäßig prüfen:
– oberen O-Ring im Gehäuseanschluss T
– O-Ringe zwischen dem Ventilgehäuse
– V-Ringe in den Ventiltellern
– Dichtringe am Doppelteller
Pneumatischer Anschluss
• Betriebsdruck an der Druckluftreduzier- und Filtersta-
tion prüfen.
• Luftfilter der Filterstation regelmäßig reinigen.
• Winkelverschraubung am Antrieb auf festen Sitz prü-
fen.
• Leitungen auf Knicke und undichte Stellen kontrollie-
ren.
• Pilotventile auf Funktion prüfen.
Elektrischer Anschluss
• Überwurfmutter der Kabelverschraubung auf festen
Sitz prüfen.
• Kabelanschlüsse an der Lüsterklemme kontrollieren.
Instandhaltungsintervalle
Um höchste Betriebssicherheit der Ventile zu gewähr-
leisten, sollten in größeren Abständen alle Verschleißtei-
le ausgetauscht werden.
Praxisorientierte Instandhaltungsintervalle können nur
durch den Anwender ermittelt werden, da sie von den
Einsatzbedingungen abhängig sind, z. B.:
– Einsatzdauer pro Tag
– Schalthäufigkeit
– Art und Temperatur des Produktes
– Art und Temperatur des Reinigungsmittels
– Einsatzumgebung.

Maintenance
Inspections
Within the maintenance periods, the valves must be
checked for leakage and proper function.
Product contact seals
• Check at regular intervals:
– upper O-ring in the housing connection T
– O-rings between the valve housing
– V-rings in the valve disks
– sealing rings at the double-disk
Pneumatic connection
• Check the operating pressure at the pressure reducing
and filter station.
• Clean the air filter in the filter station at regular
intervals.
• Check elbow union at the actuator for its firm seat.
• Check the air hoses for bends and leaks.
• Check function of the solenoid valves.
Electrical connection
• Check whether the cap nut on the cable gland is tight.
• Check the cable connections at the luster terminal.
Maintenance intervals
To ensure the highest operational reliability of the
valves, all wearing parts should be replaced at longer
intervals.
The actual maintenance intervals can only be
determined by the plant user, since they depend on the
operat ing conditions, for instance
– daily period of operation
– switching frequency
– type and temperature of the product
– type and temperature of the cleaning solution
– ambient conditions
