2.1

General safety advice

DANGER!
If it can be assumed that hazard-free operation is no longer possible, the
DryExx
against accidental operation.
This applies:
– if visible damages appear,
– if the DryExx
– after prolonged periods of storage under unfavourable conditions
(perform functional check).
The following instructions must always be observed:
– Prior to carrying out any work on electric parts, switch off the power supply
and secure the system against being switched back on again.
– The safety regulations and the required protective clothing when working
with chemicals must be complied with.
– Attention must be paid to all information included on the product data sheet
for the dosing medium used.
– The supply and control voltage is only permitted to be connected in line
with the instructions in the "Technical data" chapter and by appropriately
trained staff.

Proper use

WARNING!
In the DryExx
only be operated in connection with one of the control units, as described in
this operating manual and has been developed and constructed for industrial
and commercial use. The unit is not intended for private use.
Any use which extends beyond or differs from the appropriate use is
considered improper use.
Intended use also includes compliance with all control and operating instructions
prescribed by the manufacturer, as well as with all maintenance and servicing conditions.

Danger of improper use!
Improper use can lead to dangerous situations:
– Never use other chemicals other than the specified product.
– Never change the product dosing guidelines beyond the tolerable range.
– Do not use in potentially explosive areas.
