ENTRETIEN - MAINTENANCE - WARTUNG - MANUTENZIONE
3-6 NETTOYAGE / STOCKAGE
Pour que la machine reste toujours opérationnelle, il est impératif
de procéder à des travaux d'entretien et de nettoyage réguliers
notamment au niveau des ensembles télescopiques du châssis, ceci à
faire en deux étapes.
A ►Mise en route en début de saison et entretien journalier :
1. Ouvrir au maximum les tronçons télescopiques (exemple : en position 6
rangs à 80 cm pour semoir 6 rangs).
2. Essuyer la graisse et les divers résidus sur les tronçons télescopiques, les
six pans télescopiques et la glissière centrale ainsi que les liaisons des
boîtiers insecticide et hélicide si le semoir en est équipé (voir schéma ci-
dessous). Ensuite utiliser un produit dégraissant industriel pour finir de
nettoyer les surfaces de glissement, bien laisser sécher ou essuyer avec un
chiffon propre toutes les surfaces.
3. Huiler avec une bombe aérosol à base de Téflon (réf. FÖRCH PTFE Truck
S416 - 10195000) toutes les parties qui sont en mouvement : tronçons
télescopiques, six pans télescopiques, glissière centrales et barres de
réglages ainsi que les liaisons mâles des boîtiers insecticide et hélicide si le
semoir en est équipé (voir schéma ci -dessous).
4. Recommencer l'étape n°3 chaque matin pendant la saison de semis.
B ►Hivernage du semoir :
1. Ouvrir au maximum les parties télescopiques (exemple : en position 6 rangs
à 80 cm pour semoir 6 rangs).
2. Vider toutes les trémies des produits. Puis nettoyer le semoir à l'air
comprimé et à l'eau sans pression et le laisser sécher (se reporter au chapitre
STOCKAGE ET NETTOYAGE de la notice).
3. Essuyer les divers résidus sur les tronçons télescopiques, les six pans
télescopiques et la glissière centrale ainsi que les liaisons des boîtiers
insecticide et hélicide si le semoir en est équipé (voir schéma ci-dessous).
Ensuite utiliser un produit dégraissant industriel pour finir de nettoyer les
surfaces de glissement, bien laisser sécher ou essuyer avec un chiffon propre
toutes les surfaces.
4. Graisser au pinceau (graisse conseillée : 182 DS UNIL OPAL) toutes les
faces des tronçons télescopiques, des six pans télescopiques et de la glissière
centrale, ainsi que les faces des liaisons mâles des boîtiers insecticide et
hélicide si le semoir en est équipé (voir schéma ci-dessous).
5. Replier et déplier le semoir 3 ou 4 fois pour bien répartir la graisse.
6. Le semoir doit être entreposé tronçons rentrés, à l'abri de la poussière et de
l'humidité, posé sur une surface plane (se reporter au chapitre STOCKAGE
ET NETTOYAGE de la notice).
3-6 REINIGUNG / LAGERUNG
Um die Maschine immer in Betrieb zu bleiben, muss Mann
regelmäßige auf die Teleskopische Teilen von Rahmen Wartung und
Reinigung Arbeite machen. Muss Mann in zwei Stufen machen:
A ► Inbetriebnahme Anfang der Saison und Tages Wartung :
1. Die Teleskopische Teilbreiten maximal heraus schieben (Beispiel: auf Stellung 6
um 80 cm für 6 Reihen Sägerät).
2. Fett und die verschiedene Rückstände auf Teleskopische Teilbreiten, sechs
Kante Welle und zentrale Schiebplatte wischen, auch auf die Gelenke von Microsem
Insektizid und Schneckenkorn wenn montiert (siehe Zeichnung unten). Dann, ein
Entfetten Produkte in Sprühdose benutzen um die schieben Fläche zu reinigen, gut
austrocknen lassen und mit einem sauberen Tuch alle Fläche wischen.
3. Ölen mit einer Sprühdose mit Teflon Basis Produkte (Ref. FÖRCH PTFE Truck
S416 - 10195000) alle Teilen die bewegen: Teleskopische Teilbreiten, sechs Kant
Welle, Zentrale Schiebplatte und Abstand Verstellung Stangen, auch auf die
Gelenke von Microsem Insektizid und Schneckenkorn wenn montiert siehe
Zeichnung unten).
4. Die Stufe 3 während die Saatsaison jede Morgen wieder Anfangen.
B ► Winterung des Sägerät:
1. Die Teleskopische Teilbreiten maximal heraus schieben (Beispiel: auf Stellung 6
um 80 cm für 6 Reihen Sägerät).
2. Alle Trichtern der Maschine entleeren. Dann das Sägerät mit Luftdruck und
Wasser ohne Druck waschen und austrocknen lassen (seihe den Kapitel
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG in die Extend Betriebsanleitung).
3. Fett und die verschiedene Rückstände auf Teleskopische Teilbreiten, sechs
Kante Welle und zentrale Schiebplatte wischen, auch auf die Gelenke von Microsem
Insektizid und Schneckenkorn wenn montiert (siehe Zeichnung unten). Dann, ein
Entfetten Produkte in Sprühdose benutzen um die schieben Fläche zu reinigen, gut
austrocknen lassen und mit einem sauberen Tuch alle Fläche wischen.
4. Mit Pinsel einfetten (empfohlene Fett Produkte: 182 DS UNIL OPAL) alle Fläche
den Teleskopische Teilbreiten, sechs Kant Welle, Zentrale Schiebplatte und Abstand
Verstellung Stangen, auch auf die Gelenke von Microsem Insektizid und
Schneckenkorn wenn montiert siehe Zeichnung unten).
5. Das Sägerät 3 oder 4 Mal rein und ausschieben um das Fett gut zu verteilen.
6. Das Sägerät muss eingeklappt lagern, von Staub und Feucht geschützt, und auf
ein flach Boden gelegt (seihe das Kapitel REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG in die
Extend Betriebsanleitung).
3-6 CLEANING / STORAGE
In order to maintain the machine in working order, regular
maintenance and cleaning is essential, especially with regards to the
telescoping parts of the frame which should be carried out in two stages.
A ►Starting up at the beginning of the season and daily maintenance :
1. Open the telescoping parts to their maximum (example : in position 6 rows
at 80 cm for 6-row planter).
2. Wipe the grease and any residue on the telescoping parts, the hex shafts
and central sliding part and also the helicide and insecticide unit linking parts if
the planter is equipped with them (see here below). Then use an industrial
cleaning product to finish cleaning the sliding surfaces, leave to dry or wipe the
surfaces with a clean rag.
3. Lubricate using a Teflon-based spray (ref. FÖRCH PTFE Truck S416 -
10195000) on all the moving parts : telescoping parts, telescopic hex shafts,
central sliding parts and adjustment bars together with the male linking pars on
helicide and insecticide units if the planter is equipped with them (see here
below).
4. Repeat stage n°3 every morning during the planting season.
B ►Winter storage of the planter :
1. Open the telescoping parts to their maximum (example : in position 6 rows
at 80 cm for 6-row planter).
2. Empty all the hoppers. Then clean the planter using compressed air and
water without pressure and leave to dry (refer to the chapter STOCKING AND
CLEANING in the manual).
3. Wipe any residue on the telescoping parts, the telescoping hex shafts and
the central sliding part together with the insecticide and helicide unit linking
parts if the planter is equipped with them (see here below). Then use an
industrial cleaning product to finish cleaning the sliding surfaces, leave to dry
or wipe all the surfaces with a clean rag.
4. Lubricate using a brush (recommended grease : 182 DS UNIL OPAL) on all
the telescoping parts, the telescoping hex shafts and the central sliding part,
together with sides of the male linking parts on helicide and insecticide units if
the planter is equipped with them (see here below).
5. Fold and unfold the planter 3 or 4 times in order to spread out the grease
evenly.
6. The planter should be stocked with the parts retracted, in a dust and damp-
free area, sitting on a flat surface (refer to the chapter STOCKING AND
CLEANING in the manual).
3-6 PULIZIA / STOCCAGGIO
Affinché la macchina resti sempre operativa, è tassativo procedere
regolarmente a operazioni di manutenzione e di pulizia, specie all'altezza
dei gruppi telescopici del telaio. Procedere in due tappe.
A ►Avviamento all'inizio della stagione e manutenzione giornaliera:
1. Aprire al massimo i tronchi telescopici (esempio: in posizione 6 file a 80 cm
per seminatrice 6 file).
2. Asciugare il grasso e i vari residui sui tronchi telescopici, sull'esagono
telescopico e sullo scorrimento centrale nonché sui collegamenti della scatola
insetticida e della scatola elicida, se la seminatrice ne è dotata (vedere il
seguente schema). Utilizzare quindi un prodotto sgrassante industriale per
finire di pulire le superfici di scorrimento, fare asciugare o asciugare con un
panno pulito tutte le superfici.
3. Oleare o lubrificare leggermente (olio o grasso, da definire) tutte le parti che
sono in movimento: tronchi telescopici, esagono telescopico, scorrimento
centrale e barre di regolazione, nonché i collegamenti maschi della scatola
insetticida e della scatola elicida, se la seminatrice ne è dotata
schema qui di seguito).
4. Ripetere la tappa n°3 ogni mattina durante la stagione di semina.
B ►Immagazzinaggio invernale della seminatrice:
1. Aprire al massimo le parti telescopiche (esempio: in posizione 6 file a 80 cm
per seminatrice 6 file).
2. Svuotare tutte le tramogge dei prodotti. Pulire quindi la seminatrice con aria
compressa e acqua senza pressione e farla asciugare (vedere il capitolo
IMMAGAZZINAGGIO E PULIZIA della specifica).
3. Asciugare i vari residui sui tronchi telescopici, sull'esagono telescopico e
sullo scorrimento centrale nonché sui collegamenti della scatola insetticida e
della scatola elicida, se la seminatrice ne è dotata (vedere il seguente
schema). Utilizzare quindi un prodotto sgrassante industriale per finire di pulire
le superfici di scorrimento, fare asciugare o asciugare con un panno pulito
tutte le superfici.
4. Lubrificare con il pennello (grasso consigliato: 182 DS UNIL OPAL) tutte le
facce dei tronchi telescopici, dell'esagono telescopico e dello scorrimento
centrale, nonché le facce di collegamento maschio della scatola insetticida e
di quella elicida, se la seminatrice ne è munita (vedere il seguente schema).
5. Ripiegare e spiegare la seminatrice 3 o 4 volte per ripartire bene il grasso.
6. La seminatrice deve essere immagazzinata con i tronchi rientrati, al riparo
dalla polvere e dall'umidità, collocata su di una superficie piana (consultare il
capitolo IMMAGAZZINAGGIO E PULIZIA della specifica).
