MISE EN ROUTE - STARTING UP - EINSETZUNG - MESSA IN CAMPO
1-9 LIMITEUR DE PRESSION
Montage :
- Repérer les flexibles d'alimentation des vérins coté fût au niveau des tés.
- Démonter les deux tés de raccordement des flexibles.
- Fixer le limiteur de pression sous la barre centrale attelage du châssis.
- Brancher les flexibles d'alimentation des vérins coté fût (repérés au
préalable) sur le té monté sur la sortie P du limiteur.
- Brancher les autres flexibles d'alimentation des vérins cotés tige au té monté
sur la sortie T sur le limiteur.
- Brancher un flexible avec le push-pull sur l'entrée du limiteur P et l'autre
flexible sur le té monté sur le limiteur.
Réglage :
Le limiteur de pression est préréglé à 100 bars (à titre indicatif, la tige filetée
de réglage à une longueur visible de 25mm). Ce réglage est optimal pour avoir
suffisamment de pression pour télescoper le châssis mais pas mettre trop de
contrainte sur les bras télescopiques qui entrainerait une modification des
inter-rangs.
Il faut resserrer la vis du limiteur si la force de poussée des vérins du châssis
n'est pas suffisante pour permettre une ouverture totale ou desserrer la vis du
limiteur si on veut diminuer la force de poussée des vérins sur les butées
mécaniques.
1-9 DRUCKBEGRENZUNGSVENTIL
Montage:
- Die Versorgungsschläuche der Zylinder am Schaftende, an den T-Stücken,
kennzeichnen.
- Die beiden T-Anschlussstücke der Schläuche ausbauen.
- Das Druckbegrenzungsventil unter der mittleren Kupplungsstange des
Rahmens befestigen.
- Die (zuvor gekennzeichneten) Versorgungsschläuche der Zylinder am
Schaftende an dem T-Stück anschließen, das am Ausgang P des
Druckbegrenzungsventils montiert wurde.
- Die anderen Versorgungsschläuche der Zylinder am Stangenende an dem T-
Stück anschließen, das am Ausgang T des Druckbegrenzungsventils montiert
wurde.
- Einen Schlauch mit dem Druck-Zug-Schalter am Eingang P des
Druckbegrenzungsventils anschließen und den anderen Schlauch an dem am
Druckbegrenzungsventil montierten T-Stück.
Einstellung:
Das Druckbegrenzungsventil ist auf 100 bar voreingestellt (als Hinweis: die
Gewindestange zum Einstellen hat eine sichtbare Länge von 25 mm). Diese
Einstellung ist optimal, um genügend Druck zum Ausziehen des Rahmens zu
haben, ohne jedoch die Teleskoparme zu sehr zu belasten, was eine
Änderung der Reihenabstände verursachen würde.
Sollte die Schubkraft der Rahmenzylinder nicht ausreichen, um den Rahmen
völlig zu öffnen, muss die Schraube des Druckbegrenzungsventils zugedreht
werden. Wenn Sie die Schubkraft der Zylinder auf die mechanischen
Anschläge reduzieren möchten,

1-9 PRESSURE LIMITER
Assembly:
- Locate the cylinders' flexible hoses on the side of the shaft at the level of the
tee fittings.
- Dismantle the two connecting tees of the hoses.

located) to the tee fitting mounted on the P outlet of the limiter.

- Connect a hose with the push-pull to the P limiter inlet and the other hose to
the tee fitting mounted on the limiter.
Setting:
The pressure limiter is preset at 100 bars (by way of illustration, the threaded
setting rod with a visible length of 25 mm). This is the optimal setting for
ensuring that there is sufficient pressure to fold the frame without putting too
much stress on the telescoping booms, which would result in modification of
row spacing.
It is necessary to tighten the limiter screw if the thrust power of the cylinders of
the frame is not sufficient to allow total opening or unscrew the limiter screw if
you want to reduce the thrust power of the cylinders on the mechanical stop
units.

Montaggio:

flessibile sul raccordo a T montato sul limitatore.
Regolazione:
Il limitatore di pressione è preregolato a 100 bar (a titolo indicativo, l'asta
filettata di regolazione ha una lunghezza visibile di 25 mm). Questa
regolazione è ottimale per avere una pressione sufficiente per dispiegare il
telaio ma non bisogna sottoporre a una sollecitazione eccessiva i bracci
telescopici poiché ciò comporterebbe una modifica delle inter-file.
Occorre ristringere la vite del limitatore se la forza di spinta dei martinetti del
telaio non è sufficiente per consentire un'apertura totale o allentare la vite del
limitatore se si vuole diminuire la forza di spinta dei martinetti sugli arresti
meccanici.
