MISE EN ROUTE - STARTING UP - EINSETZUNG - MESSA IN CAMPO
1-1 PREPARATION DE LA MACHINE
- A la livraison, vérifier que le châssis soit complet.
- Le châssis ne doit être utilisé que pour les travaux pour lesquels il a été
conçu.
- Vérifier que le châssis n'a subi aucun dommage en cours de transport et qu'il
ne manque aucune pièce. Seules les réclamations formulées à réception de la
machine pourront être prises en considération.
- Faire constater d'éventuels dégâts par le transporteur.
- En cas de doute ou de litige, adressez-vous à votre revendeur.
1-2 MANUTENTION
- Ne manutentionner le châssis qu'à l'aide de l'attelage 3 points (fig. 1).
- Poser le châssis sur un sol plat.
1-3 ATTELAGE
Le châssis Extend est équipé d'un attelage 3 points semi-automatique.
- Monter la barre d'attelage (cat. 3) sur les bras d'attelage du tracteur et
goupiller (fig. 2).
- Monter les bras de relevage du tracteur jusqu'à enclenchement de la barre
d'attelage dans le taquet (A fig. 1).
- Brocher le tirant 3 ème point et goupiller.
Lorsque la machine est attelée, retirer les taquets d'élément B (fig. 3).
1-4 REGLAGES
- Aplomb : ajuster la longueur du tirant 3
sol, la face supérieure du tube de châssis soit parallèle au sol (fig. 4).
- Les bras d'attelage du tracteur doivent être serrés (semoir dans l'axe) sans
être bloqués.
1-5 TRANSMISSION
- Lire attentivement la notice jointe avec la transmission.
- Le régime de rotation est inscrit sur le carter de la turbine.
- Le cardan ne doit pas atteindre un angle trop important (voir notice jointe
avec la transmission) : si c'est le cas, réduire le régime de la prise de force en
bout de champ (normalement à 400trs/min, les graines restent encore
aspirées).
1-1 VORBEREITUNG DER MASCHINE
- Überprüfen Sie bei Lieferung, ob der Rahmen komplett ist.
- Der Rahmen darf nur für solche Arbeiten, für die er konzipiert worden ist,
benutzt werden.
- Überprüfen Sie, dass der Rahmen während des Transports nicht beschädigt
worden ist und dass kein Teil fehlt. Nur die beim Empfang der Maschine
vorgebrachten Reklamationen können berücksichtigt werden.
- Lassen Sie sich eventuelle Beschädigungen vom Spediteur bescheinigen.
- Im Zweifels- oder Streitfall wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler.
1-2 BEFÖRDERUNG
- Befördern Sie den Rahmen nur mit Hilfe des Dreipunktbocks (Abb. 1).
- Stellen Sie den Rahmen auf einen flachen Grund.
1-3 ANBAU
Der Extend Rahmen ist mit einem halbautomatischen Dreipunktbock
ausgestattet.
- Die Anhängerwippe (Kat. 3) auf die Anhängerarme vom Traktor montieren
und verstiften (Abb. 2).
- Die Hebearme vom Traktor bis zum Einrasten der Anhängerwippe im Riegel
anheben (A Abb. 1).
- Die Spannstange vom dritten Punkt broschieren und verstiften.
Sobald die Maschine angekuppelt ist, die Elementstücke B herausziehen
(Abb. 3).
1-4 EINSTELLUNGEN
- Senkrecht: die Länge der Spannstange vom dritten Punkt anpassen, damit
die obere Fläche vom Rahmenrohr parallel zum Boden ist, wenn die
Sämaschine auf dem Boden aufliegt (Abb. 4).
- Die Anhängerarme vom Traktor müssen festgezogen werden (Sämaschine
axial), ohne dass sie blockiert werden.
1-5 ANTRIEB
- Die dem Antrieb beigefügte Anweisung gründlich durchlesen.
- Die Rotationsdrehzahl ist auf dem Turbinengehäuse aufgeschrieben.
- Der Kardan darf keinen zu großen Winkel erreichen (siehe die dem Antrieb
beiliegende Anweisung): falls dies der Fall sein sollte, Drehzahl der Zapfwelle
am Ende des Feldes reduzieren (normalerweise bleiben die Saatkörner bei
400 Umdrehungen/min noch angesaugt).

1-1 PREPARING THE MACHINE
- On delivery, check that the frame is complete.
- The frame must only be used for the works for which it has been designed.
- Check that the frame has not been damaged during transport and that there
are no parts missing. Only complaints made on receipt of the machine will be
considered.
- Report any damage to the carrier.
- In the case of any doubts or disputes, please contact your reseller.
1-2 HANDLING
- Only handle the frame using the 3 point coupling system (fig. 1).
- Place the frame on flat ground.
1-3 COUPLING
The Extend frame is fitted with a semi-automatic 3 point coupling system.
- Fit the coupling bar (cat. 3) to the tractor's coupling arms and pin (fig. 2).
- Raise the tractor's lifting arms until the coupling bar engages in the lock bar
(A fig. 1).
- Fasten the 3 rd point tie strap and pin.
When the machine is coupled, remove metering unit B's fasteners (fig.
3).
1-4 ADJUSTMENTS
- Levelling: adjust the length of the 3
is placed on the ground, the upper side of the frame tube is parallel with the
ground (fig. 4).
- The tractor coupling arms must be tightened (planter in the direction of
progress) without being locked.
1-5 TRANSMISSION
- Carefully read the manual supplied with the transmission system.
- The rotation speed is written on the turbofan casing.
- The gimbal must not be at too sharp an angle (see manual supplied with the
transmission system): if this is the case, reduce the take-off speed at the end
of the furrow (at 400 rpm the seeds should still be sucked up).
1-1 PREPARAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
- Al momento della consegna, verificare che il telaio sia completo.
- Il telaio deve essere utilizzato unicamente per lavori per cui è stato
concepito.
- Verificare che il telaio non abbia subito alcun danno durante il trasporto e che
ci siano tutti pezzi. Solamente i reclami formulati al momento della ricezione
della macchina potranno essere presi in considerazione.
- Far constatare eventuali danni dal trasportatore.
- In caso di dubbio o lite, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.
1-2 MANUTENZIONE
- Fare la manutenzione del telaio con l'attacco a 3 punti (fig. 1).
- Porre il telaio su un solo piatto.
1-3 ATTACCO
Il telaio Extend è fornito di un attacco a 3 punti semi-automatico.
- Montare la barra d'attacco (cat. 3) sui bracci di attacco del trattore e
assemblare (fig. 2).
- Montare i bracci di sollevamento del trattore fino all'inserimento della barra
d'attacco nel piolo (A fig. 1).
- Fizzare il tirante del 3 punto e assemblare.
Quando la macchina è agganciata, ritirare il fermo dall'elemento B (fig.
3).
1-4 REGOLAZIONI
- A piombo : regolare la lunghezza del tirante del 3 punto affinché, con la
seminatrice posata a terra, il lato superiore del tubo del telaio sia parallelo al
suolo (fig. 4).
- I bracci di attacco del trattore devono essere stretti (seminatrice nell'asse)
senza essere bloccati.
1-5 TRASMISSIONE
- Leggere attentamente le istruzioni in allegato alla trasmissione.
- Il regime di rotazione è indicato sul carter della turbina.
- Il cardano non deve fare un angolo troppo grande (vedere istruzioni allegate
alla trasmissione) : se ciò si verifica, ridurre il regime della presa di forza
all'estremità del campo (di norma a 400 gir/min, i grani vengono comunque
aspirati).
