How to renew the engine
breather assembly
Cautions:
• It is important that the area around the
vent hole (A6) is kept clean and the vent
hole is not restricted.
• Ensure that the components of the
breather assembly are fitted in their
correct positions. If they are fitted
incorrectly, the engine can be damaged.
1. Release the hose clips (A1, A4 and A5)
and remove the hoses from the engine
breather assembly.
2. Release the two setscrews (A2) that
retain the breather assembly to the the
cylinder block. Remove and discard the
assembly (A3). Fit the new assembly and
tighten the two setrscrews.
3. Fit the hoses, ensure that they are in
their correct positions. Tighten the hose
clips.
Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung
erneuern
Achtung:
• Es ist wichtig, daß der Bereich um die
Entlüftungsbohrung (A6) saubergehalten
wird und daß die Bohrung nicht zugesetzt
ist.
• Sicherstellen, daß die Bauteile
der Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung in ihrer
korrekten Einbaulage eingebaut werden.
Falscher Zusammenbau kann den Motor
beschädigen.
1. Schlauchschellen (A1, A4 und
A5) lösen und die Schläuche von der
Kurbelgehäuse-entlüftung abziehen.
2. Die beiden Schrauben (A2) zur
Befestigung der Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung
am Zylinderblock ausschrauben.
Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung (A3) ausbauen
und entsorgen. Neue Kurbelgehäuse-
entlüftung anbauen und die beiden
Schrauben festziehen.
3. Schläuche anschließen und
auf korrekten Anschluß achten.

Hvordan skifte motorens
utluftingsventilenhet (lukket
system)
Advarsel
• Det er viktig at området rundt
utluftingshullet (A6) holdes rent, og at
hullet ikke innsnevres.
• Kontroller at komponentene på
utluftingsventilenheten monteres riktig.
Hvis de monteres feil, kan motoren bli
skadet.
1. Løsne slangeklemma (A1, A4 og A5) og
demonter luftfilterenheten.
2. Løsne de fire boltene (A2) og
demonter dekselet (A3). Ta ut og tørk av
peilepinnen. Monter dekselet og trekk til
de to mutterne.
3. Fest slangene, og se til at de er
plassert i riktig posisjon. Trekk til
slangeklemma.
